Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments
- Develop and execute CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes
- Monitor system performance and optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate cloud services into applications
- Document architecture and procedures for knowledge sharing and maintenance
- Troubleshoot complex cloud issues and lead disaster recovery planning
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with automation and configuration management (Ansible, Puppet)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Cloud security certifications (e.g., AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
