Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Automate deployment and management using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Optimize cloud costs and performance through monitoring and analysis
- Implement security best practices and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC2)
- Lead migration projects from on-premises to cloud environments
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for cloud infrastructure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or DevOps
- Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Understanding of networking concepts (VPC, VPN, Load Balancers)
- Certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Engineer, or GCP Professional Cloud Architect) preferred
