The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of emerging tech stacks and the ability to lead high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to define the technology vision, roadmap, and delivery pipeline for the next 3 years.
- Technical Leadership: Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that align with long-term business goals.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions for executive stakeholders and investors.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in technology leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a C-suite or executive management position.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated success in building and scaling technology platforms from the ground up.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical strategy to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agility: Proven track record in navigating rapid market changes and pivoting strategies effectively.
