Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, focusing on AI, Machine Learning, and emerging tech trends.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee the development of proprietary algorithms and models, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in Generative AI and Automation.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Product Integration: Bridge the gap between engineering and business, ensuring AI technologies are seamlessly integrated into core products.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present complex technical strategies to the board and investors, highlighting ROI and long-term value.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish robust frameworks for AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a senior technical leadership role, with 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale engineering projects.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated track record of identifying emerging trends and pivoting strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional skills in translating technical jargon into clear business value for non-technical audiences.
