Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for our AI infrastructure, identifying key trends in Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics for the coming years.
- System Architecture & Design: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable AI systems that can handle enterprise-grade workloads.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor and guide a diverse team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Research & Development: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, edge AI) into our existing product ecosystem.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex technical requirements into actionable business strategies.
- Operational Excellence: Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps to ensure reliability and performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and driving digital transformation.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead, inspire, and manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
