- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks and compliance protocols
- Mentor senior researchers and foster innovation through hackathons and symposiums
- Secure $5M+ in AI research grants and strategic partnerships
- Present breakthrough findings at global AI conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record shipping production AI systems serving 1M+ users
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated learning
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and neuromorphic hardware
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI governance
- Executive presence with ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
