Responsibilities
- Architect scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients across healthcare, finance, and logistics sectors
- Lead technical discovery sessions to translate business requirements into AI implementation roadmaps
- Design MLOps pipelines ensuring model deployment with 99.9% uptime and sub-100ms latency
- Develop ethical AI frameworks addressing bias mitigation, explainability, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to prototype hybrid AI-quantum algorithms
- Mentor junior engineers while establishing best practices for AI development lifecycle
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and investor boards
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML architecture with 3+ years in enterprise solution design
- Expertise in TensorFlow/PyTorch, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record of shipping production AI systems handling 10M+ daily transactions
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent with focus on neural networks or NLP
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) or equivalent industry impact
- Experience implementing federated learning and differential privacy frameworks
- Strong background in regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA) for AI systems
- Exceptional communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
