Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced AI frameworks for 2026-scale applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum algorithm development and AI model optimization
- Develop post-quantum cryptographic protocols for secure AI systems
- Drive strategic partnerships with quantum hardware providers and research institutions
- Create technology roadmaps for quantum-AI integration across enterprise solutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related computational field with 8+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Proven track record of developing production-ready quantum algorithms
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware constraints and optimization techniques
- Strong background in AI model architecture and neural network scaling
