Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for real-time data processing
- Develop novel AI algorithms for autonomous decision-making systems
- Optimize deep learning models for edge deployment in IoT ecosystems
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of AI solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML into production systems
- Research and apply breakthrough techniques in federated learning
- Mentor junior engineers on emerging AI paradigms
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years experience
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Proven track record deploying ML models at scale (100M+ data points)
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and neural architecture search
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, BentoML)
- Publications in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) preferred
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and hybrid AI models
