Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI roadmaps for 2026+ technological ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging AI breakthroughs and societal impacts
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Author white papers on AI's role in solving global challenges (climate, healthcare, education)
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to integrate next-gen AI paradigms
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI research, strategy, or futurism at Fortune 500 companies
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics or technology journals
- Expertise in neural networks, quantum computing principles, and predictive modeling
- Proven track record of advising C-level executives on technology strategy
- Deep understanding of global AI policy landscapes (EU AI Act, US initiatives)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
