Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 8+ years in quantum or neuromorphic computing
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or human-computer interaction
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives to enterprise-level impact
- Expertise in ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks and EU AI Act compliance
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and neuromorphic SDKs
- Experience securing federal grants and managing $50M+ R&D budgets
