Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems interacting with human consciousness
- Conduct preemptive ethical audits of quantum AI algorithms and autonomous decision-making systems
- Partner with neuroengineering teams to establish ethical protocols for brain-computer interfaces
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees including legal, R&D, and public policy stakeholders
- Author industry white papers on AI ethics in post-quantum computing environments
- Advocate for ethical AI standards at international technology summits
- Mentor junior ethics specialists in emerging philosophical dilemmas of AI sentience
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Cognitive Science, or equivalent field with AI focus
- 5+ years in AI ethics governance or responsible AI development
- Published research on quantum computing ethics or neural network consciousness
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Experience with ethical impact assessments for autonomous systems
- Expertise in neuroethics and human-AI interaction paradigms
