Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven track record publishing peer-reviewed research on algorithmic fairness
- Expertise in implementing bias detection tools across ML pipelines
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies with diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on AI governance strategies
