Responsibilities
- Design global AI ethics policies for quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional audits of autonomous decision systems
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for neural networks
- Coordinate with UN AI advisory panels on regulatory frameworks
- Train executive teams on ethical AI implementation
- Publish peer-reviewed research on algorithmic transparency
- Manage $5M/year ethical R&D budget
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or Computational Social Science
- 5+ years regulating high-stakes autonomous systems
- Published work in Nature/Science on algorithmic governance
- Expertise in EU AI Act and US Algorithmic Accountability Act
- Fluency in Python and TensorFlow for ethical auditing
- Certification in ISO/IEC 42001 AI management systems
- Experience with quantum-computing ethics frameworks
- Security clearance preferred for defense sector projects
