Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory projections and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional audits of ML systems for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Develop predictive ethical risk models for emerging AI applications (neurotech, autonomous systems)
- Partner with product teams to embed ethics-by-design principles in development lifecycles
- Represent company at global AI ethics summits and publish thought leadership
- Mentor ethics task force across 12 international R&D centers
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Ethics, Philosophy, AI Law, or Cognitive Science (10+ years experience)
- Proven track record in establishing enterprise-wide AI governance frameworks
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving global regulations
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI (XAI)
- Experience leading ethics initiatives in regulated industries (healthcare/finance)
- Technical proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and bias detection toolkits
