- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with EU AI Act, NIST guidelines, and emerging international standards

- Design governance protocols for AI deployment in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, defense)
- Create explainability documentation for high-stakes AI decisions using SHAP/LIME techniques
- Lead stakeholder workshops to establish ethical AI principles with engineering teams
- Monitor regulatory developments and update compliance strategies proactively
- Quantify ethical risks through impact assessments and mitigation roadmaps
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (Aequitas, Fairlearn) and explainability methods
- Track record of implementing ethical AI programs in Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, LLMs, and autonomous technology
