You'll work with our R&D teams to embed ethical guardrails into generative AI models, conduct bias audits, and develop compliance protocols for emerging regulations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for LLM applications
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for AI systems
- Develop compliance protocols for evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineering, legal, and product teams
- Research ethical implications of emerging AI technologies (quantum-AI convergence)
- Create transparency documentation for AI decision-making processes
- Advise C-suite on responsible AI strategy and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or governance roles
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics
- Strong understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes
- Experience with AI risk management frameworks (NIST, ISO/IEC)
- Proficient in Python for bias auditing tools
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, DeepMind)
- Published work on AI ethics or philosophy of technology preferred
