Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for generative AI systems
- Design transparent explainability protocols for high-stakes AI decisions
- Lead cross-functional ethics task forces with engineering, legal, and product teams
- Establish continuous monitoring systems for AI system fairness and accountability
- Create executive dashboards tracking AI ethical performance KPIs
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in industry forums and policy discussions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Public Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and evolving US regulations
- Proven experience implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Strong technical aptitude to audit algorithmic systems and data pipelines
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
- Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in AI ethics or responsible innovation
