Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for enterprise-scale autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in auditing machine learning models for bias and fairness
- Develop compliance protocols for emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to align technical teams with ethical guidelines
- Proactively identify and mitigate ethical risks in generative AI and predictive analytics deployments
- Author corporate white papers on responsible AI adoption for industry conferences
- Collaborate with legal teams to navigate evolving AI liability landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech leadership roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (NIST, EU AI Act, etc.)
- Proven experience developing ethical AI policies for enterprise deployments
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate AI system architecture and data pipelines
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethics concepts to technical teams
- Published work in AI ethics or technology ethics (conference papers, journals)
