Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Lead stakeholder workshops with C-suite executives, regulators, and civil society groups
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for high-stakes AI deployments
- Author white papers and policy recommendations for international standards bodies
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI design principles
- Represent the company at global AI ethics conferences and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance, policy development, or ethics frameworks
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable guidelines
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics in ML systems
- Exceptional written communication and public speaking abilities
- Portfolio published in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
