Responsibilities
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems

- Lead cross-functional workshops on bias mitigation in generative AI
- Develop protocols for human-AI symbiosis in high-stakes environments
- Conduct scenario planning for emergent technology risks
- Pioneer responsible AI standards for international regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years applied AI experience
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy techniques
- Published research on AI alignment or algorithmic fairness
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with ethical audit implementation
- Certification in AI governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000)
- Experience with quantum computing error correction protocols
