Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable multi-agent systems using Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Optimize model inference latency and memory efficiency for real-time autonomous applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune foundation models for specific 2026 industry verticals.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, ethics, and explainability in autonomous agents.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers in advanced AI architectures.
- Design robust MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of AI models.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, NLP, or Generative AI.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern LLM frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face).
- Strong understanding of vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI systems from concept to production.
