Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with industry 4.0 and 5.0 paradigms
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and autonomous systems
- Drive integration of decentralized technologies (Web3) with enterprise infrastructure
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption ROI
- Partner with VC firms to identify emerging startups for strategic acquisition
- Present tech forecasts to C-suite and board members
- Oversee ethical AI implementation and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or AR/VR
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale tech innovations
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Experience with technology horizon scanning and patent analysis
- Strong understanding of global tech policy landscapes
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market engagement
