Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and communicate the long-term technical vision and roadmap for the company’s 2026 and beyond initiatives.
- Architecture Leadership: Design and oversee the architecture of next-generation AI systems and high-performance computing solutions.
- Innovation Management: Lead R&D initiatives to explore emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Neural Interfaces) and validate their feasibility.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of technical excellence by mentoring senior engineers and architects.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and business leaders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Process Optimization: Streamline development workflows and implement agile methodologies to accelerate delivery.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
