- Develop strategic innovation frameworks aligned with 5-year industry forecasts
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Present future-vision briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build cross-functional partnerships with R&D and product teams
- Author thought leadership on next-generation technology adoption curves
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of technology trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-vision work or patents
