- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level futurism roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (AI, blockchain)
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across 3+ continents
