Responsibilities
- Develop predictive technology roadmaps for 2026+ digital ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging innovations (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state capabilities
- Author white papers on disruptive tech impacts for Fortune 500 clients
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and their market implications
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting emerging tech trends (2018-2023)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, Web3, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
- Proficiency in futures research tools (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 100 CTOs on technology disruption
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech ecosystem transformations
