- Mentor junior researchers and foster an innovation-driven culture

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching patented technologies (minimum 5)
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Executive-level experience with $10M+ budgets and 50+ person teams
- Published author in MIT Technology Review or equivalent
- Strong network with VCs, policymakers, and Fortune 500 CTOs
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred
