Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across industries
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Monitor regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership publications and industry forecasts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (e.g., blockchain, metaverse)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling skills
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Strategy (e.g., CFTE, CTS) a plus
