Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-thinking technology roadmaps for 2026 ecosystem integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum-AI convergence projects
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for emerging technologies
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Secure and manage multi-million dollar innovation grants from NSF and DARPA
- Author white papers on sustainable tech adoption frameworks
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and national labs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling quantum computing or AI systems
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Scenario Planning)
- Published research in Nature/Science/IEEE journals on future tech trends
- Experience securing $5M+ in government innovation funding
- Strong network with global tech policy influencers (WEF, IEEE Future Directions)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
