- Manage innovation lab budget ($2.5M+) and resource allocation for R&D initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech incubators
- Mentor innovation fellows and establish tech thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years experience in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI/sustainability initiatives from concept to market
- Deep expertise in emerging tech forecasting and disruption analysis frameworks
