Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 5+ years industry experience

- Proven track record scaling AI systems to 10M+ concurrent users
- Certification in quantum algorithm design (IBM Qiskit or equivalent)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Portfolio showcasing deployed systems processing >1PB daily data
