Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic innovation proposals to executive stakeholders and investors
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into existing ecosystems
- Manage pilot projects from concept to MVP launch
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-facing technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Experience with strategic technology roadmapping and market analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
