Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end innovation lifecycle from ideation to commercialization for 2026-focused tech initiatives
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with market trends and competitive intelligence
- Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product domains
- Drive patent strategy and IP portfolio development for emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and external partners
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in strategic innovation or R&D roles
- Proven track record launching at least two market-defining technologies
- Expertise in emerging domains: generative AI, Web3 infrastructure, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience scaling global innovation teams and managing $10M+ R&D budgets
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology management frameworks
