Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead discovery initiatives on next-gen tech (quantum computing, neurotech, Web3.0)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into production systems
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
- Establish innovation KPIs and track technology adoption curves
- Manage portfolio of pilot projects for emerging technologies
- Build and lead a dedicated futurist research team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (patents, journals, books)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology adoption forecasting
