- Collaborate with policymakers on future-proof regulatory frameworks
- Mentor junior researchers in speculative technology prototyping
- Identify and secure partnerships with academic and industrial innovation hubs
- Present quarterly tech foresight reports to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum computing or neural-symbolic AI
- Proven track record of scaling experimental technologies to production
- Deep expertise in blockchain governance models and decentralized systems
- Experience with policy advisory roles for tech innovation councils
- Strong network within DARPA, IEEE, or similar tech consortiums
