Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum computing and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional incubators for disruptive startups in climate tech and neuro interfaces
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford) and national labs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify paradigm-shifting innovations by 2026
- Present futuristic frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Curate annual Tech2030 Summit with global industry leaders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of scaling exponential technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, climate modeling, quantum algorithms, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in Nature, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding from government/private sources
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Portfolio of deployed technologies impacting >1M users
