Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the 2026 Infrastructure Initiative, ensuring high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance across global regions.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and best practices to maintain code quality and system integrity.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate complex AI models into robust production environments.
- Drive the technical migration strategy towards serverless and edge-first architectures.
- Conduct deep-dive architecture reviews and code reviews to mentor junior engineers and eliminate technical debt.
- Partner with security teams to implement next-generation encryption and compliance standards for future technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and systems architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of implementing MLOps pipelines and AI infrastructure at scale.
- Experience with event-driven architecture and microservices patterns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
