Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive strategic frameworks for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with long-term company vision and market disruptions
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and geopolitical shifts to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate strategic foresight into product development and operational planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to build organizational capacity for future-readiness and scenario planning
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders using data-driven storytelling and predictive modeling
- Monitor implementation of strategic initiatives and adjust plans based on real-time market intelligence
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional command of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Strong data visualization and predictive modeling skills (Python, Tableau, or similar)
- Published thought leadership in futures thinking or strategic foresight
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) or equivalent
