Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to identify high-value opportunities and potential threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define technical visions and secure budget approval for strategic initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to provide actionable insights to the C-suite.
- Develop frameworks for digital transformation that ensure scalability and resilience.
- Oversee the integration of pilot programs aimed at testing future technologies for mass deployment.
- Act as a primary consultant for internal stakeholders on long-term technical feasibility.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Management, or IT Consulting.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, SaaS, and Cloud Architecture.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment or a Fortune 500 setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration.
