Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Produce high-impact scenario planning documents for executive decision-making
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness metrics across organizational functions
- Collaborate with R&D to align innovation pipelines with long-term vision
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with AI/ML impact assessment and ethical frameworks
