Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology landscapes
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for emerging innovations
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with future market realities
- Author thought leadership publications and present future-vision briefings to stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies across departments
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with potential for 2026 market impact
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven foresight methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) highly desirable
