- Establish innovation ecosystems through partnerships with research institutions and disruptors
- Present future-focused briefings to investors and board members
- Mentor leadership teams in adaptive strategy development
- Author annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, books, or keynotes)
