Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-ready strategies into corporate roadmaps
- Curate and analyze global data streams (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive patterns
- Present actionable insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive briefings
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and junior strategists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation publications
