- Mentor junior designers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and creative problem-solving.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in spatial computing, AR/VR, and AI-driven interfaces.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design and front-end development.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Strong command of design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with 3D web technologies (Three.js, WebGL) is a significant plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving, aesthetic sensibility, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
