- Develop AR/VR fan engagement experiences reaching 200M+ viewers
- Ensure GDPR and accessibility compliance across all digital touchpoints
- Establish sustainability metrics for technology carbon footprint reduction
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in large-scale event or sports tech
- Expertise in AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, and AR/VR implementation
- Proven track record leading $5M+ digital transformation projects
- Deep understanding of Olympic movement values and governance
- Experience with agile methodologies in high-pressure environments
