- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D investments in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Mentor junior innovators through our FutureMakers program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies and future forecasting methodologies
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams of 15+ members
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Prior work in tech, aerospace, or biotech innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
