- Manage incubation of 3-5 breakthrough projects annually
- Present strategic insights to investors and board stakeholders
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Innovation Management or Futurism (e.g., CFIP)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives
