Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D teams to validate feasibility of emerging technologies

- Represent FutureWorks at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership roles
- Expertise in futures thinking methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Advanced understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Strong data analytics and market research capabilities
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping
- MS/MBA in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
