Responsibilities

- Design and execute innovation sprints focused on solving 2026's grand challenges
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Author thought leadership pieces published in MIT Tech Review and WIRED
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Fluency in scenario planning frameworks and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two: synthetic biology, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Experience scaling global innovation programs across 3+ continents
